These Terms and Conditions apply ONLY to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that different terms (including prices , delivery & processing  charges , cancellations and returns policies) apply to all services offered & purchased in our web site , this do NOT apply for any links through our site , you’ll have to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS on the specific site . We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.


You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit an order we start to process your order and we will give you a Booking Reference Number and details of the services you have ordered as soon it is processed. After finalizing the procedure, on your screen will appear a printable form of service voucher with all details which you may print directly (this is your proof and confirmation of order and this order is to be given to the person/s meeting you upon arrival or departure). We will send the same details to you in an e-mail. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements and acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you the e-mail, which will contain your order details with proper Booking reference number attached and description of how we will deliver our services to you. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, specifically if the information given to us by you in any of its parts is in anyway misleading or false.) When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks with Jcc Payment Systems Limited or other agencies. In particular, we may pass your details to Jcc Payment Systems Limited for them to check against certain public and private databases. Jcc Payment Systems Limited may keep a record to use in future security checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. Please note that services, prices and offers are all featured on this site.


All prices and charges on this site are in Euros. They exclude any VAT payable and processing fees (for details see ‘Delivery’ below). The total cost of your order will be the price of the services you order, any additional costs or fees plus any applicable charge. All these will be set out clearly in your ordering form before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a service you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

For all services we accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Payment is deducted when we process your order in order to secure your booking properly.


If you order a service with a min age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

Where we Service and Deliver

Service is to be offered to any point in sovereign area of the Republic of Cyprus. All services must be proved for. Please make sure you keep the printed service voucher or our sent email, issued by your system at our web site.

Service & Processing Charges

We make every effort to keep our service & processing charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of services you select and on additional special requirements you choose. You only pay for chosen requirements charge, by number of services or special requirements ordered:

For example, if you have a single choice of transportation containing a requirement for baby chair use in the vehicle you will be charged for the additional value of service and if you require for ex. The transportation service to be made by an executive vehicle then an additional other charge will be applicable on your total order cost, in all cases all charges will be specified for those services.

When you add services and or special requirements to your ordering form, the appropriate standard charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.

 How We Service

At all orders we describe our way of carrying out our service and it is included in your printable form of service voucher and in our email sent by us to you.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are displayed in our rates and also featured in our site as FAQs , however services are NOT time restricted but there is a notification of when services are used , in simple day time and night time , further more notes apply for cancellations or delays .

Tracking Your Order

You can track the progress of your order by logging in and then going to ‘My Account’.


we try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your services, please check that they have been properly ordered by using our tracking facility (simply log in and then go to ‘My Account’). You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or telephone +357 22 261263. In the unlikely event that a service is not executed as ordered, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you have submitted your order for service, you can cancel your order free of charge at any time up to 2 days (48 hrs) before the execution of ordered service by:

  • using our tracking facility and log in and then go to My Account , so it can be cancelled

  • phone us on +357 22 261263 - please have your Booking order reference in hand

Your service must be unused. You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you notify us 2 Days (48 hrs) prior to execution. Less than 2 Days ( 48hrs ) up to 1 Day 24 ( hrs ) prior you will bear a procession fee of EURO 25,00  , Less than 1 Day ( 24hrs ) prior you will  be considered as an occurred NO SHOW and will bear full charge value or services ordered. If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs.


If you have submitted your cancellation as described in cancellation section above everything will be processed automatically and if refunds applicable they will be refunded to the credit card details given by you to us through our credit reference agency, Jcc Payment Systems Limited or other credit agencies. Any refund due to a cancellation according to cancellation section or other proved claim defect will include a refund of the applicable service charges that was originally made.

We, our Group companies and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.


These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by Cyprus law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Champion Travel & Transport Services website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
